Do NOT shop at this company!!! Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Their director of customer service, Staci, was unhelpful, rude, and insulting. They refused to refund me for something I returned and said the error was on my end. This was especially frustrating because the return process isn’t free and is a complicated one. Moreover, BEWARE that when you place an order with Roolee they charge you an outrageous price for something called “shipping protection”. I did not know what this was and had to reach out to them, and they proceeded to tell me that I had the ability to “uncheck that box.” No matter how many times I told them I never even saw the box when checking out, they just shrugged and said “sorry not our fault.” Moreover, I returned something and they refused to refund me for it because “they couldn’t find it” and somehow found a way to make it my fault because apparently a FedEx rep was supposed to check through the box...uh, how was I supposed to know that? So now they have the shoes, and my money. (Spookily similar to another few reviews, starting to think this store is a total SCAM.) All in all, Roolee’s customer service is seriously lacking and they have completely lost me as a customer.
I used to love shopping at Roole... until I experienced going through their return policy. Their return policy is an absolute JOKE! I literally bought a dress for 33.97 and get a refund back for 20.00. They make you think you’re getting a good deal when you buy from their sale or whatever it may be and then rip you off when you go to return it for THEIR false advertising of the product. I will never be shopping here again.

Extremely disappointed in this company. I saw an Instagram Ad and thought their shoes were very cute and stylish to wear to work and out and about, so decided to give this company a try. Their mission seemed to be very amazing upon reading what they stand for. "coming together and treating each other as loving sisters."
The first time I tried them on, the shoes had marks on the bottom. I then informed Customer Service about the issue. I was informed by a Representative named Ashley to show photos of the bottom of the shoes to make sure they have not been worn, which I did no problem! When I tried the shoes on at home, my heels became irritated immediately and started to have blisters. I informed Customer Service I would like to return the item and they told me no even after sending in the initial photos of the shoes. I asked if there was ANYTHING they could do and they said no. I would be careful with their return policy and the way they treat their customers.
I received excellent customer service today with a the returns department at Roolee.
She was very knowlegdable and helped me make my return quickly and easily.
The return involved getting my $50 gift card back and she was able to help me do this without a problem.
I was so happy to get such great service.

I have been shopping at Roolee for a long time now and would recommend it to anyone! Great customer service and quick shipping!

When my November Roolee order did not arrive at my house, I looked up the tracking number and noticed it was loaded onto a USPS delivery truck, but it was never scanned or delivered. The delivery tracking info just stopped. That was three weeks ago. When I contacted Roolee customer service, and told them my order seemed to be documented as lost, the rep told me to go to the local post office and ask the postmaster to look around for it. I couldn’t believe they were asking me to do that! In my next letter, I asked for a full refund for the order I did not receive (I also told Roolee that they should file a claim with USPS as they were the ones who set up the shipping. Any lost package is issued at least a $50 refund). In the next letter Roolee responded with, “you did not purchase package protection at time of order, so we can’t offer a full refund, only a store credit.” I’m thinking, WHAT?? Don’t order from this company - bad policies/bad customer service.
The amount of money they charge you for returns outways the product you will receive by 1000’s. Will never order from them again. Complete rip off. I never write reviews but this is just down right robbery. Don’t do it.. no matter how many Instagram influencers you see wearing the product.. remember they got it for free and are getting paid ????
They have some cute stuff but sizing is all over the place, they should list size of model and size she's wearing like so many other sites do now. I love the try on at home option but hate that you have to pay return shipping that's sky high!! I would have taken a credit/gift card instead of a refund if they'd offered not to charge for return shipping. I will likely not order from them again unless I am 100% sure I'll keep the item, hard to do with an online purchase.
I had a small problem with my online order. They replied and corrected the issue immediately. Highly recommended website. I will continue to shop here!!
If I could put 0 stars I would. This store is HORRIBLE. The management is full of complete con artists. I’ve purchased over a thousand dollars worth of closing from them and their values as a company are just disturbing. I sent a dress back after the return amount allotted and they said they were sending it back and rather than confirming the information with the email I’d been corresponding with, they sent it to the wrong address and got it back and put it back into their inventory. YEP. They put it back. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THE DRESS. I could’ve come to pick it up or could’ve gave the right address and instead they took the $70 I paid for the dress, took the dress, then made another $70 from another customer off the same exact dress. This company is horrible and all they care about is the money.

I love this store just to state the fact about it. They are super comfortable and stylish. I ordered everything online. Never have I had an issue with my deliveries. However this time when I ordered a large purchase I was missing 6 items from my delivery. In a panic I reached out to their customer service line and that's when Becca helped me. She was so incredibly fast and helpful She asked me questions about the purchase and apologized for the issue. She offered me a refund, store credit or to mail out the missing items. I wanted the missing items so she sent them to me. She was fast and I got them in 2 days. She kept me up to date on the whole process. SHE WAS AMAZING! Thank you for making this such a easy and pleasurable shopping experience and customer service experience.
